We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change products, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
3. Product Appearance
Colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the garment-dyeing process.
Garment-dyed products may have minor variations in shade, texture, and appearance. Print size and placement may also vary slightly due to normal production tolerances. These variations are part of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
4. Product Availability
Products and product options may be changed, discontinued, or become unavailable without notice.
If a purchased product is unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay the order with your consent, or cancel and refund the affected item.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not finally accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm or begin processing it.
We may reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect prices or product information
- Product unavailability
- Shipping restrictions
- Suspected resale or abusive activity
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
6. Made-to-Order Production
Our products are generally printed after an order is placed. Because production may begin shortly after checkout, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Your purchase remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
7. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees imposed by their country.
Payments are processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural events, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events reasonably outside our control. However, we will comply with applicable laws concerning shipping delays, order cancellations, and refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be reproduced or reshipped because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, logos, layout, and branding—are owned by Common Interest Club or used with appropriate permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and purchase products for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or other intellectual property displayed on that product.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

- It does not violate another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or harmful.
- It does not contain malware or malicious code.
